I came in with my friend today and we met April! April was so kind and charismatic. She had a great personality and was easy to talk to while me and my friend toured the property. It’s really hard to meet someone who actually seems like they care about your wants and needs. My friend is still indecisive about moving from a house to an apartment but The Landmark is definitely on the top of our list!

I love living here unfortunately, I found myself locked out of my apartment due to the misplacement of my keys. Frustrated and helpless, I contacted the maintenance after hours despite the late hour, the quick response was amazing. Within no time, maintenance arrived to helped me gain access to my apartment. The level of assistance and support I received was beyond my expectations, and for that, I am truly grateful.

The Landmark is a great mix of commercial and residential in Uptown. Just a few businesses on the ground level, with the pool, community room and gym all above average for the area. The ladies in the front office (Brittney and Cassie?) are super helpful and maintain a friendly, safe, accommodating environment. We love the Landmark!

The ladies in the Landmark office Tessa and Cassandra (with the help of their amiable maintenance man Renee) rushed to get my unit ready a day early & prorated to get my keys - so I could unload car and leave town to get rest of my stuff. They’ve also accommodated my elder aunt’s parking needs too. I’ve only been running around here a little over a month, but I feel better having them in the building :) 5 stars for the staff so far!

Landmark had been my home for over a year and for the first time I submitted a maintenance request. I expected at least a few days to a week but it was professionally completed the day it was submitted. Although the building may be older than all the pop-ups around, but its built like a tank and much more spacious than the newer overpriced places around. The staff, amenities, and location are amazing and so gland I didn't fall for a 'NEW' apartment.

Visited a friend who recently moved here and was very impressed! Unlike many tower apartments, the halls here are wide, nicely lit, and CLEAN! The apartment is insanely huge. You'll never find this much space in an apartment. The lighting inside is great too. Loads of sunshine. The balcony was very stable and secure and I didn't feel uneasy at all being out there. Most balconies make me uneasy. This felt like an extra room. I especially loved the cute landscaping around the pool and the community room that just looked like it was begging us to stay once we sat down. We also chatted with Kelly, the manager. What a great girl! I love her sense of humor! Not in the market but I can't help raving about the place.

Maintenance addressed my requests within a timely fashion since they were not emergency issues. A light fixture in the bathroom needed to be replaced but was replaced with something more basic than they upgraded light fixture it had previously. Hence, the four star instead of the five star. I am sure management has no control over the light fixtures but it would be nice to have the upgraded light fixture since I pay for the upgraded apartment.

I Love this place. Management is professional to the highest degree. The amenities are superb. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manor. I feel secure with gated parking and Fob for entry. The mountain/city view is breathtaking. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I am truly blessed to have found this place.

This is the first place in Albuquerque that I have lived where there are ZERO bugs present. I rarely see other tenants and feel like I have a lot of personal space for an apartment building. Living here has made my life less stressful. I do wish the parking gate was fixed but that’s it !!

In our first couple weeks of living at the The Landmark, we have felt welcomed and safe in the community and enjoy the lovely location and views from our balcony every day. It's a great place! Edit: We have now lived at the Landmark for over a year. Our experience has been overwhelmingly good, but there are issues. Mainly, the water is shut off for repairs frequently, but we are always notified ahead of time which is helpful. Also, there is often police activity at the apartments across the street (we heard a barrage of gunfire last night, and then emergency vehicles a bit later last night, for example)—not at the Landmark but very close by. Our building went through a management change almost a year ago; the initial transition was incredibly rocky. HOWEVER, we love our building manager, Kelly! She has made our experience living here pleasant and positive. She makes any issue we have a little easier to deal with and always have time to say hi and check in. Kelly is the MVP!!!!

I’ve been a resident of The Landmark Apartments for some time now - relocating from Ohio close to twelve years ago. Prior to my move I researched numerous security-conscious rental properties in Albuquerque and narrowed the list down to a select few that I then toured in person. The Landmark is what I chose. Yes it is an older building and has recently undergone both changes in ownership and management companies. But I can still say I am a satisfied resident. The new management team is great especially when you consider they are dealing with pandemic guidelines never before encountered in our lifetime. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. And the views are fantastic! You should check it out for yourself!
